Class in aid of Women’s Aid

Join me on December 11th at 5pm GMT for a class in aid of Women’s Aid Ireland. The class is online via zoom and you can sign up here:

The class will be recorded and will be available on demand for a pay what you can fee afterwards until January 31st and with all incoming money going to Women’s Aid too.

Of course, it’ll be suitable for everyone who likes slow and gentle movements, no matter your previous experience of Somatics – you don’t need any.
What you will need is a blanket or yoga mat to lie comfortably on the floor, comfy warm clothes and a pillow and you’re all set.

Running an annual class like this is close to my heart and I hope you will join me!

Women’s Aid Direct Services

Women’s Aid is a leading national organisation that has been working to stop domestic violence in Ireland since 1974. We operate the 24hr National Freephone Helpline and a number of Dublin based face-face services. We also act for justice and social change through our specialised training, public awareness campaigns and policy work.

Women’s Aid provides a range of inclusive frontline services, detailed below, which are available to all women, including transgender women.  The services are available to women of any sexuality, ethnicity, nationality, age or ability. We assist men who contact the Women’s Aid 24hr National Freephone Helpline and also signpost to partner organisations offering dedicated services to male victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
