An introductory workshop for better breathing
We will find joyful movement around the ribcage and explore different ways of breathing, focusing on finding a deep diaphragmatic breath that calms the nervous system and can be used to set you up for better sleep, better stress management and more energy when you need it.
The movements can be used anytime you need to gather yourself throughout the day, the workshop fee includes a recording for your continued home practice.

Workshop is held at SOMAdublin, the maximum number of participants is 5.
All mats etc are provided for you, as well as light refreshments, tea/coffee. The fee includes a recording for your home practice and written material.
There is free parking on Brunswick Place in front of the building on Sundays.
