A 60min mat based semi-private class which covers Somatics, Breathing techniques, pelvic floor friendly strength training and Pilates.
We can include small equipment like resistance bands, balls and small weights.
We will focus on establishing a home practice you can commit to that is well balanced and supports your wellbeing – feel strong and supple, more confident in your movement and ready to tackle life.
