Breast Cancer Survivor Recovery

I am now certified to offer the Pink Ribbon Program for Breast Cancer Recovery. Being taught directly by the founder of the program, Doreen Puglisi from New York, I received a detailed and instruction to help women recovering post-surgery. The program is built up through 3 phases (6 weeks / twice per week), as well as a transition phase to increase strength and mobility.

The program can be taught in private (30min) and small group (45min) sessions.
