I’m still excited to teach a Somatics for Knitters workshop for Carol Feller’s Retreat in Cork at the beginning of April – for everyone who can’t spend a very long weekend knitting and visiting Cork, I also have a 3h workshop on the schedule.
This workshop will take place at Firkin Crane on Saturday April 6th from 3-6pm. We will work with Neck and Jaw releasing movements, as well as addressing Hips and Back for better walking.
