What a summer we had! I hope you’ve been active and enjoyed the sunshine.
We have a new weekly class coming up from September, where we explore the big and small movements that help us relieve back pain, neck discomfort, hip tension and tight legs. The classes run every week and can be booked as a full term (up until mid December), as a 4 week block or as a drop in class.
The movements are suitable for everyone who can get down onto a mat and can be modified to your comfort. We focus on making movement a pleasurable experience (again), especially after injuries, occupational/work stress, longer period of inactivity or illness. You will learn why slow movements help you to lower your body’s stress response, how it rewires your brain, how you can breathe in a relaxed manner and how you can keep practicing small sequences at home.
Places are strictly limited to 10, minimum sign up number to go ahead with the class is 6. Classes may get audio recorded for further use.
